Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design handoff.
- Conduct comprehensive user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and drive product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces on time.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Maintain and evolve our centralized design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Advocate for the user voice in every decision, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity standards are met.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing end-to-end project case studies.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design principles, and human-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field.
