Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume order fulfillment with precision and efficiency using advanced scanning systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak season surges and process optimization initiatives
- Conduct quality control audits and inventory reconciliation with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and mentor new associates on safety protocols
- Implement lean Six Sigma principles to reduce processing time by 15% monthly
- Collaborate with management on continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse or fulfillment center experience with PIT certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8-10 hour shifts
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and RF scanning technology
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred
