Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate cross-docking operations for high-volume shipments
- Maintain organized storage zones and implement FIFO protocols
- Train new warehouse associates on safety procedures
- Collaborate with transport teams for seamless loading/unloading
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Forklift certification (valid)
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
