Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using electric pallet jacks and forklifts with zero-incident record
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Optimize warehouse flow by implementing lean inventory practices
- Maintain equipment calibration and safety compliance logs
- Train new loaders on SOPs and safety protocols
- Coordinate with supervisors to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse loading experience with heavy freight handling
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work 10-hour shifts
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Forklift/ pallet jack operation expertise
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
