Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain detailed documentation
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and maintain equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting
- Maintain clean, organized workspace for optimal productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
