Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unbox shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment with OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow optimization
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to management
- Adhere to FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation standards
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse loading experience with forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid Hawaii driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
