Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload high-value merchandise using powered industrial equipment (PIT)
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems with OSHA compliance
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean and organized staging areas for efficient workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outbound shipments
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse loading experience with high-value inventory
- Valid PIT certification (forklift/pallet jack)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
