Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload high-value inventory using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment with OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading efficiency and timelines
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
- Train junior staff on safety procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse loading or material handling
- OSHA certification and forklift operation license required
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Preferred experience with high-value inventory handling
