Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract shipments using power equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy with RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse layouts for maximum efficiency
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse loading experience with heavy machinery
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
