Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack high-value inventory using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Optimize order fulfillment routes for maximum efficiency and speed
- Conduct quality control checks on all processed items
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (reach trucks, pallet jacks)
- Train new team members on picking protocols and technology
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve fulfillment challenges
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume warehouse picking experience
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS systems
- OSHA-certified forklift operation (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with 99.5% order accuracy
- Experience in temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and inventory management skills
