Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse picking or inventory control experience
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
