Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship high-value inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to achieve 99.5% accuracy standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment challenges
- Train junior staff on best practices and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume warehouse picking experience
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Valid PIT certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong mathematical aptitude and inventory accuracy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Experience with cold chain or temperature-sensitive inventory preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
