Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack high-value electronics and tech components with 99.9% precision
- Operate electric pallet jacks and RF scanners efficiently
- Optimize picking routes using our proprietary warehouse management system
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Train new pickers on SOPs and safety protocols
- Collaborate with QA team to resolve discrepancies
- Meet/exceed productivity metrics while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/picking experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours daily
- Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse software
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
