Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Optimize warehouse space through strategic inventory rotation and slotting
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse picking or material handling
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF technology
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
