Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety certification
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Optimize picking routes for maximum efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/picking experience in fast-paced environments
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
