Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack high-volume orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Optimize picking routes to achieve 150+ orders per shift
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and reach trucks in OSHA-compliant manner
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Train new pickers on warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse picking experience with high-volume fulfillment
- OSHA certification for powered industrial vehicles preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and math skills
- Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
