Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Optimize picking routes to achieve 100+ picks per hour
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Train new pickers on SOPs and equipment operation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse picking experience
- OSHA PIT certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with voice-directed picking systems preferred
