Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) including order selectors and pallet jacks
- Optimize warehouse workflows by implementing lean inventory management principles
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain precise inventory records using WMS systems
- Mentor junior staff on safety protocols and operational standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve picking efficiency and reduce errors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse picking experience with RF scanner proficiency
- Valid PIT certification and OSHA 10-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus for diverse team collaboration
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
