Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and reach trucks safely
- Optimize picking routes using warehouse management systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain clean, organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Train new associates on picking protocols
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years high-volume warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
