Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Optimize order fulfillment with 99.5% accuracy rate
- Operate powered industrial equipment (order pickers, pallet jacks)
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Train new associates on picking protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume warehouse picking experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy metrics
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
