Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack high-value inventory using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Optimize order fulfillment routes to achieve 99.9% accuracy targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment (reach trucks, order pickers) safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain real-time inventory updates in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Train new pickers on company protocols and equipment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume warehouse picking experience
- OSHA-certified powered industrial equipment certification
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS software
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Preferred: Experience with voice-picking systems
