Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize warehouse inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate powered industrial equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Train new staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with picking/packing focus
- OSHA-certified forklift operation preferred
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
