Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and verify orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Maintain 99.9% order accuracy while meeting productivity quotas
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently
- Optimize inventory placement and warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Train new staff on SOPs and warehouse best practices
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume warehouse picking experience
- OSHA-certified powered industrial equipment operator
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experience with voice-picking technology preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
