Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack high-value inventory using RF scanners and voice technology
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to maintain 99.5% accuracy standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) including reach trucks and order pickers
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized and efficient workstations in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse picking experience in high-volume environments
- Valid PIT certification and proven equipment operation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish bilingualism preferred
