Responsibilities
- Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Train and lead 30+ staff members in safety protocols and performance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to achieve 99.5% accuracy targets
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement
- Manage inventory systems and conduct cycle counts with zero tolerance for discrepancies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain 100% safety record
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Expert knowledge of WMS systems (SAP or Oracle experience a plus)
- Proven ability to manage 25+ employees in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
