- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum productivity
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts within 99.5% tolerance
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely shipping and receiving
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisor roles
- OSHA 30 certification and strong safety leadership background
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and RF scanning technology
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting KPIs and metrics
- Excellent conflict resolution and team development abilities
- Forklift certification required
