Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members in daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency by 20%
- Ensure OSHA compliance through rigorous safety protocols and training programs
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.5% accuracy requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle personnel management including scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid California driver's license
