Responsibilities
- Oversee 30+ team members across receiving, storage, and shipping departments
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 99.9% compliance record
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce shrinkage by 15%
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery of 500+ daily shipments
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies

Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation expertise
