Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Lead and develop 15+ team members through performance coaching
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste
- Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance across all safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems (WMS experience required)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher certification
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Proven track record in safety compliance (TRIR <1.0)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
