Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit high-performance smart contracts using Rust and Solidity.
- Architect scalable consensus mechanisms and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Lead security assessments and vulnerability remediation protocols.

- Optimize node performance and reduce transaction latency.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep expertise in Rust, Go, or C++.
- Proven experience deploying and auditing smart contracts on Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and distributed systems.
