Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit complex smart contracts using Solidity and Rust for high-security environments.
- Optimize on-chain logic and transaction throughput to minimize gas costs and maximize scalability.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and product managers to integrate Web3 protocols into user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct rigorous security code reviews and participate in penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Layer 2 scaling solutions, cross-chain bridges, and cryptographic advancements.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for smart contract development and testing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years specifically in Blockchain or Web3 development.
- Deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and DeFi protocol architecture.
- Proficiency in Rust or Go for backend blockchain infrastructure development.
- Strong background in cryptography, hashing algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade smart contracts with zero critical vulnerabilities.
