Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping operations, including order processing, documentation, and carrier scheduling
- Manage inventory control and warehouse logistics to ensure accurate stock levels
- Oversee customs clearance for international shipments and maintain compliance with regulations
- Track and trace shipments in real-time, resolving delays proactively
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to optimize delivery timelines
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and carrier contracts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations (FMC, IATA)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
