Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and track logistics progress
- Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate carrier rates
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations
- Collaborate with sales and production teams on delivery timelines
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of LTL/FTL shipping processes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
