Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic/international shipments using TMS and ERP systems
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and packing lists
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve transit delays proactively
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and customers to ensure on-time delivery
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate freight rates with vendors
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Comply with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
