- Monitor shipment status proactively and resolve transit delays or issues
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs while ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with customs brokers for international shipments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS systems)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and documentation
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
