Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate rates with carriers to reduce transportation costs by 15%
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) using our proprietary logistics platform
- Liaise with warehouse teams, customs brokers, and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Analyze shipping KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Manage inventory tracking and reconcile shipping data against purchase orders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in freight coordination or supply chain management
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
