Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, including documentation preparation and customs clearance
- Monitor inventory levels and warehouse operations to prevent stockouts
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Optimize routing and freight costs while maintaining delivery timelines
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international trade regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure operational alignment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD) or transportation preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and export regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish required
