Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively address delays or disruptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Stay updated on shipping regulations, tariffs, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in shipping software (e.g., TMS systems, SAP, or Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations (FMC, DOT, customs)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Associate's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, or related field
