Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple transportation modes
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and communicate with carriers/clients
- Optimize routing schedules to minimize transit costs
- Prepare customs documentation for international shipments
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams on order fulfillment
- Monitor shipment KPIs and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics or shipping coordination experience
- Proficient in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
