Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse logistics using ERP systems
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and route optimizations
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and clients to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Train team members on shipping protocols and software tools
- Generate performance reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Certified Customs Broker or equivalent international trade credentials preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
