Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, tracking all cargo from pickup to delivery
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance certificates
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs while meeting delivery deadlines
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and customs authorities to resolve transit issues
- Maintain inventory records and reconcile shipping discrepancies
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or TMS systems)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills
- Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
