Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms) for compliance
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping databases
- Collaborate with warehouse team on order fulfillment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficient in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
