Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, including documentation (BOLs, customs forms) and carrier selection
- Track and trace shipments in real-time, proactively resolving delays and exceptions
- Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and staging
- Negotiate rates with freight carriers and optimize shipping routes
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Generate shipping reports and KPI dashboards for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, customer service) to resolve logistical challenges
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination or supply chain management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Descartes) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD) or transportation management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs brokerage processes
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
