Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via truck, rail, air, and sea carriers
- Manage order fulfillment from warehouse to final delivery
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder)
- Resolve logistics disruptions and carrier negotiations
- Maintain compliance with DOT/Customs regulations
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and vendor teams
- Analyze shipping data to optimize cost and efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs documentation
- Strong Excel/ERP data management skills
- OSHA/Forklift certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
