Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and freight modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, manifests) ensuring regulatory compliance
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Optimize warehouse inventory flow and dock scheduling
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams
- Implement cost-saving measures in transportation networks
- Maintain accurate shipment databases and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination or supply chain role
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, hazmat regulations, and customs procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
