- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using TMS/WMS systems
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 99% accuracy
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to resolve delivery issues
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and transit times
- Track inventory levels and reconcile shipping discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Implement continuous improvements in shipping processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export regulations
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
