Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across LTL, FTL, and air freight channels
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Optimize routes and negotiate freight rates to reduce costs
- Generate shipping manifests and compliance documentation
- Train junior staff on SOPs and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination or warehouse management
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and customs clearance procedures
- Strong Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license required
