Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via truck, rail, and air carriers
- Generate and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates
- Negotiate rates with carriers and optimize freight routes
- Resolve shipping delays and transportation issues
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shipping records
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- High school diploma; supply chain certification preferred
