Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes across domestic and international routes
- Optimize freight consolidation and carrier relationships to reduce costs
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for global shipments
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery exceptions proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping data to identify efficiency improvements
- Implement inventory control procedures for shipping materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Experience optimizing LTL/FTL shipping routes
- Detail-oriented with data accuracy verification abilities
