Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) for compliance
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams for flawless execution
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Conduct inventory reconciliation and shipment quality audits
- Implement process improvements using logistics software (e.g., SAP, TMS)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
